By placing your selected articles in the basket, filling in the billing details and sending off the order, you are entering into a purchase agreement.
Articles can only be ordered once you have registered; your details will not be provided to anyone.
Buyers are obliged to provide only correct and true details during registration on the website as well as when ordering articles. Details stated in the User Account shall be updated following any changes by the Buyer. Details provided by the Buyer in his/her User Account and orders placed are regarded as correct by the Seller.
The Buyer shall order articles (enters into a Purchase Agreement with the Seller) by filling in the details and requisites specified in the order form. Once the order has been checked for completeness, it is confirmed. While processing the order, the Buyer uses the menu, in which he/she can change some items even retrospectively. If the Buyer agrees with all the details he/she has stated in the order form, he/she shall confirm the order, which is then sent for further processing. Details specified in the order are regarded as correct by the Seller. After receiving the order, the Seller shall promptly confirm its acceptance to the Buyer by electronic mail, to the address of the Buyer´s electronic mail specified in the user interface or the order (hereinafter the “Buyer´s electronic address”). By placing an order, the Buyer undertakes to withdraw the articles ordered by it in the order form and, at the same time, he/she confirms his/her approval to debiting the respective amount from his/her account without using his/her own signature.
You can withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days, the articles shall be submitted personally or you should provide evidence that you have sent them.
Order will be shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving payment.
We will definitely provide you with the tracker number of your order and a postal receipt, but only if you indicate this in additional requirements when ordering. You can check the status of your parcel here (please, enter the tracker number only by hand, otherwise the system identifies you as a bot).
We are not responsible for the speed and quality of the Delivery services (!!!), but we will always be happy to help you in case of problems.
When accepting an article in a parcel from the carrier, always remember to check whether it is complete and undamaged.
Should the delivered parcel seem to be damaged, immediately lodge a complaint with the carrier about it.

All disputes and differences which may arise out of present Contract in connection with the same are to be settled by the parties in an amicable way to the maximum possible extent. Should the parties fail to reach an agreement a case shall be submitted, without resources to courts of law, to the International Commercial Arbitration Court of Ukraine Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Kiev, in accordance with the Rules for procedure of the said Court. The award of the Arbitration Court shall be final and binding upon the both Parties.
The seller and the buyer will be released from liability for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their respective obligations under this Agreement, if this was the result of force majeure, that is: natural disasters, wars and hostilities, epidemics and pandemics.
